Name spelt wrongly on I-130 notice of action receipt
My name was spelt wrongly on I-130 notice of action receipt received in May. I immediately used USCIS service online tool of my account to point the mistake and the correction to be made but still now in September the correction isn’t done.
1. how long does it take USCIS to make the correction.
2. At what stage would the correction be made.
3. what do I ve to do again for the correction to be made.

if you have an account with uscis (myuscis) there is a form in there for typographical errors, as to how long it takes - only they can answer that question.

Yeap that was the form I filled and submitted in may and it’s now September and the correction is till not done. thanks for response.

submit an inquiry. California is the worst for processing forms. takes too long
