no you can’t move out of state, it will cancel your application. if you stay within state you can change address.

The rule requires only that you live somewhere for three months before filing your application. You can move to a new state or USCIS service district after you file your application and USCIS will continue to process it. So technically from state to state is fine, but outside of the US is not fine.

you can move; shouldn’t be a problem. don’t forget to file the address change after moving (within 10 days)

just update: I talked to Uscis (called) - you are free to move any where after you applied but will need to update your address.
