N-565. Anyone Else Submit One?
Greetints. Curious if anyone else has submitted an N-565 (replacement for a Naturalization Certificate). if so, it might help each kf us tio talk about where we are with it. For me: I filed electronically on June 30th 2022 Took my biometrics on July 26 2022. The day I took my biometrics the status changed ti “Actively Being Reviewee”. If I look at the Lawfully “flowchart” it states that 67% of the people have “Replacemebt Certificate Issues” within 115 days. Hiwever when I look in the USCIS website for “processing time” it states 12 months. My hope is the USCIS timeline is heavily padded, and the Lawfully flowchart is more precise.

Has anyone who has a pending N-565 opted for the “full analysis” in Lawfully? i did.not as during the free trial. it did not seem to have enough historical data of users submitting this form to predict a timeline (which is the reason I wanted to use it). Otherwise, are there any benefits to using it? Regaedless, if you have a pending N-565 let’s do our best to keep each other apprised of our status. Thanks
