no California. lot of people the same cases people applied 2020 and still haven’t get the interview but the people applied 2021 they’re already got there interview and citizenship.

it's just a prediction date you might have an interview date before that or after. I’ve called USCIS, but I couldn’t talk to live person

hi every one, same here Chicago office N-400 filed in July 30,2020 Biometrics was done in April 20,2021 Case is Being actively reviewed by uscis

ouch!! it took them 13 months for the interview.. you tried to chat with a live agent?

I think it was luck that I applied before the covid lock down because I applied Feb 2nd 2020 and my biometrics was Feb 22nd 2020 so I finished everything before the lock down

i applied on March 8, until now 1 year 7months i’m still waiting for my citizenship test. I tried to send them an email it says just waiting them to progress my case :(

try the live chat, he will give you a link and on that link will tell you thr average wait time, if yours is greater than that average then you can file a motion or something like that I just don't remember the name

how to live chat with them?

1.    Go to the USCIS website. 2.    Once you are there, if you scroll down a little bit, a Help tool will pop up in the right hand corner of the page. 3.    Click on the Help tool, and type in “Connect to Live chat” 4.    Select “Technical Difficulties” 5.    Then select “Connect to Live Chat” 6.    Then select “Yes” 7.    You will then be asked to provide the receipt number for your application 8.    From there, you should be connected a live USCIS representative for which you can ask about updates and verify the status of your application.

Same here, applied May 2020, Bio 2/2021,……..now, 7 days until decision, probably will show not available after that and extend to another few months. My GC already expired, my home country passport expired, and still paying taxes.

nothing, cero, zero, nada…..tried Senator Klobuchar, nothing, I stopped sending emails to uscis. I called to get a stamp in my passport in case I need to change job/travel. I am waiting for a call but it could take 30 days

My office is Minneapolis, MN ….I stopped studying for test because by the time I have mu interview, senators, president, and some things will change

oh dang . the same thing either I applied May 2020 biometric feb 2021 and still haven’t get my interview I sent a request but no reply . and I don’t know what to do if my GC expired do we need to pay and apply for it.

Last time I call I was able to get a request to get a stamp in my passport, now I am getting a new passport, got an email that I wil get a call from Uscis to set up interview for the stamp. Email says it will take 30 days. I am not sure if you need to apply to get a new GC but probably yes.

yeah take 30 days but they never reply . even I sent a request nothing . sucks coz u. need to pay the GC and you paid the application too

if you applied already for citizenship, you don't need to renew your GC for what I know... some people do it just as assurance
