Hi everyone
I have my combo interview in 2 weeks. Field office:NYC. My wife she don’t have the real id or passport, she just have standard DL. can she able to come with me for the interview, we couldn’t able to get the appointment get a real ID. I really don’t know what to do. Please advice.

@adi d Hey! A REAL ID isn’t required for USCIS interviews—what matters is that your wife brings any valid government-issued photo ID. If her standard driver’s license is current and shows her full name and photo, that’s usually fine for building entry and ID purposes.
Just make sure:
• The ID is not expired
• It’s a state-issued driver’s license (which it sounds like it is)
Plenty of people use regular licenses or even foreign passports without REAL ID markings, especially for USCIS. If you’re still unsure, you can call the USCIS Contact Center or the NYC field office ahead of time and double-check.
You’re good to go. Don’t stress it. Just show up with all your paperwork and you’ll be fine.
