@Mrkvica M. thank you i did once 5 years ago for marriage case and did vaccinate i have the card for show the vaccine i received do u think do I am gonna need to do those vaccines again? and one more question do they give back copy of result for our record? i dont remember if they did give to me before

@tired from waiting No, they will not give any copy of the results. Only sealed, signed envelope from a civil surgeon.

@tired from waiting they gave me the lab redults but i think they should give you copy of that page with all vaccines if you need it for the future. you will need COVID shot and by law, you have to have tetanus shot every 10 years
