My I485 case was transferred to Texas on July 2021 almost 2yrs now
I did a Service request on 02/02/22 this is the answer: “We had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case in currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received”
anyone with the same? or any advice

It's just Their template response. Texas service center is very slow. My case is almost 2 years too but no any progress, people in other center already got Their green card

I have gotten that same response 3 times already for NIW at TSC. My RFE was received by them since 08/27/21. Still waiting and still no renewal on my EAD.

same boat! eb2-niw, pd May 2020, case transferred from nbc to texas on February 2021. I submitted medicals on Sept 2021, nothing since then.

@Albert I submitted my EAD renewal in September 2021, all my dependents received their renewed EAD’s 2 days ago with 2yrs expiration date, but I haven’t received mine still “Case was Received” status.

Hi Carlos. I had the same answer you got and we have similar timelines. my received date for I485 is July 14/2020 . only 1 dependent received EAD and she is under 18. we applied for EAD renewal May 8 2021….

Texas is currently focused more on cleaning the I-765 backlog, with I-485 is going very slow.
