missed biometrics appointment (n-400)
I had recently moved and changed my address with immigration and the post office, but somehow my biometrics notice was sent to the old address and I only realized after I missed the appt.
I tried calling USCIS customer service, and the automated message said they automatically reschedule it. I’ve been waiting and it has been 2+ months. Anybody going through something similar? I have no idea what to do but wait.

call USCIS and reschedule one ,I miss my appointment last December I called and rescheduled and I did it in May.

thank you for replying. I did call, but was unable to speak to a representative. it was an automated voice message.

@Isabella in order to speak to someone, when you talking to the automated system, always says info pass Appoitment that’s the only way to talk to a representative
