i am asking because i filed on May 7 2021 and i did not give in my evidence until they sent me an rfe in July and since Sept 2 my case has been on RFE response and my case is at the Nebreska SC

@ Shora I do know that it was very important to submit all evidence at the time you filed. Whenever you get an RFE it can delay your case for months. maybe around December you’ll have a response
