Medical Exam - Miami
Hi guys! just wanted to let you know that yesterday I did my immigration medical exam and I used a platform to find USCIS approved civil surgeons called EasyIME. It is very useful, you can compare the fees of every physician and what includes. I made the appointment online and they called the civil surgeon that I chose to confirm the appointment. They made the process easier for me. I just paid 140 dollars for Physical + Lab Work Extra.
PD: I paid little money because I had my vaccination record, but I saw on the platform most civil surgeons charging from 300 to 500 when includes vaccination.

Thanks for sharing Riss Va. When I did my medical exam back in 2017, I paid $300 & that was the cheapest. I called a ton of places & some where asking up to $750 for the exam. I had most of the vaccinations already except for the MMR & the Vaciella (sp) as they were administered as a child & were surely out of my system by now. A good thing to do also, as USCIS requests tests for STDS, go to a clinic that provides free testing. I was able to receive a detailed record from Quest (who the clinic does business with) & I took it w/me to the civil surgeon who did my medical exam. As all the testing was done just days prior to my appt, they excepted them & included w/my exam.
As of August 12, 21, USCIS has temporarily extended the exams from 2yrs to 4yrs due to Covid. These are the guidelines they’re using:
The civil surgeon’s signature is dated no more than 60 days before the applicant filed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status;
No more than four years have passed since the date of the civil surgeon’s signature; and
A decision on the applicant’s Form I-485 is issued on or before Sept. 30, 2021.
