marriage interview after eb1a and O1 deniels
Has anyone had an experience to pass marriage interview successfully after you were denied work visas before? do they send you to stroke interview automatically or they don’t even care about previous cases? I was on B2, then switched status to F1, then after graduation MBA was approved for 1 year OPT, then applied to extraordinary green card/visa EB1 while Trump, was denied, the lawyer recommended to apply for regular O1 visa for artists but was denied as well.by that time I was two years already with my spouse dating and he asked me to stay with him and get married…sounds like a happy end but very anxious about an
upcoming interview…any advice appreciated:)

Hey it is true that for as many times as you tried, it may have them trying to dig hard in your intentions but the US is happy with lawfull immigration. so if you are married based on love, you have no problem being anxious. Get strong proofs of your marriage. prepare with you husband.

Hello, thank you very much 🙏🏻 I'm in the Dominican Republic. The USCIS approved my case. They sent it to the State Department here to pay the fee, but as soon as my mother died, they returned it to the USCIS for administrative action.
