@ashwini v no card yet I only today got the new card being approved, lawyer told me.could take 5 to 10 days to get to your mail box. you should get it any day now

@ leo Lance not true when i never received my ead i spoke to emma and she told me to wait...i told her that ppl who file after me is getting their EAD...I kid you not the next day i see new card is bring produced. when lawfully notify me that my interview is scheduled i immediately go ask Emma what date it i got the date time and place...when u talk to emma type live agent just try

@leo lance what day January did you file? you can make an inquiry already if it was before January 6th

Dear all, my PD is 03/01/2013 employment based, downgraded from EB2 to EB3. Till biometrics is done on 05/2021, from there no updates. If you know any one of your friends with similar situation please provide updates. Thanks

@ Maritel R : Congrats! By any chance did you expedite your case ? did you mean F2A category or IR1-CR1 category by family based adjustments of status NVC office?

@Dan, i was chatting with Emma, and she told me my case is processing and it has fallen behind and I should put a service request 🙄... let's hope it triggers something by me chatting with her, but she said my prints have been applied even though it doesn't show online..i tried! 😩

@leo ok it's a start so you need to check with them everyday be up in their face....did you put in the service request??
