submitted in feb 2020 at TCS, and still waiting :(

mine was approved last January after 27 months! 3 Service requests then rfe after reaching out to congressman. they are super slow and waiting is so stressful

the only logic that I can think of is submitting standalone I-140 (rather quick) vs concurrent (140/485). did you file concurrently?

Why not give them a call and try to request expedited processing. Mine was submitted in March 2020, I requested for expedite processing in July 2020 and had it approved in November 2020 after response to an RFE I received from TSC in August 2020. I’m in line for AOS with my family.

@Daniel, thanks, mate. I looked at the expedited request details, but I don't seem to qualify as there no financial loss or clear USCIS error in my case.. Congrats 👏 for the approval.

@ David, I’m a health care personnel/ Public Health Specialist and thus, was involved in controlling/ preventing the spread of the pandemic at my workplace and my community then. I expedited my petition on that grounds (Public Safety).

@ligeiro I was already out of processing time as it took so long but at the end involving the congressman triggered unneeded rfe as it was obvious they issued the rfe to gain more time to review the case and make decision
