login issue
Dear all, After transferring my case to another country, whenever I try login to the ceac.state.gov page with my case details it gives the following error: your case no and invoice identification number does not match our records. though I didn't receive any email regarding the transfer of my case while checking my case status I have to enter ISL12234568 instead BMB12234568 to know my case status and its working. thanks for cooperation
