it all depends on your FO, I’ve been. waiting for about 4 months

I got my letter I-693 deficiency notice in March, did biometrics in August, had my interview in September and approved in October

I don’t really know where my FO will be / I did write chicago as the closest to me … I submitted my application July 22…biometrics September 17…request for evidence September 27…received evidence october 1… started reviewing case October 2….. activiely reviewing I-765 since September 17…. actively reviewing I-130 since October 20…. got letter about i-693 deficiency notice yesterday (October 30)…

@sunflower four months is not bad; if things would keep moving then for you, I hope you will get answer soon @that guy I think yours sounds like it went by quickly!

Nope. nothing. my Cases are still saying activley Reviewing … i did get a notice saying that my medical form is missing but nothing after. have not gotten my travel permit or work permit. nothing.

nope. nothing. I did some more looking into processing times and apparently the advanced parole should be happening any time soon (they said 4.5-7 months) 7 months is hitting 2/21 - so maybe some updates will come then? but nothing in regards of EAD could be a forever wait. :/ did you get yours ?

not even interview scheduled i feel like my fo is slow

it’s like “I don’t like your name and your picture today” type of feeling - at least for me! like I don’t understand why it takes this long :D

right now i just want the interview i dont really care for the EAD because its 8-12 months
