Legal name to be used on AOS application
I filed my AOS application using my Maiden name since my passport and majority of my legal documents are in my maiden name except for my marriage certificate. Will USCIS use my married name on the GC or EAD if I request it on my bio appointment? Am I not gonna mess up legal documents? appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

they will use the name on application. you may be able to request a name change at the interview I’m not sure if they will change it. but I know there is a form that you can file after you receive your gc to get a name change
