Orla , who applies for the K3 yourself or your husband ? I’m in the States visiting , so I don’t have my documents

yes Ariel my husband is stateside and I am in Europe. @vee the us citizen / lpr is always the petitioner. so he is doing it for me.

@Orla. Apparently , you don’t need to send documents. Just the form maybe it’s optional

The k3 takes less time than the 130 depending on what center your visa is at. the aim of the visa was to reunited married couples sooner.
