below is my history I don’t understand why it’s sent for review we are now in April still haven’t got any response any idea what could cause the delay? Has anyone else have a similar situation?

you should have gotten a welcome letter from NVC I think by now, did you check your emails ? the email should be from National_Visa_Center@state.gov if you submitted documents asked etc to NVC already and you got document qualified then now its in transit to the embassy of the beneficiary's country, some take a long time however you still can reach out to them.

I have nvc number says it’s at nvc but nvc also stated case is sent back to uscis for review since October 2024

In my visa K1 case the nvc said that we dont get a welcome letter at a k1 visa application when its at nvc it was forwarded immediately after 3 weeks and didnt have to pay a fee just only the visa interview fee and filled out the ds160 im just waiting to get the interview appointment selection activated

I was also called to do a biometric march 3 2024 not sure what that was about but calling uscis all they said was wait 180 days for review 🤷♂️
