i just put a Potomac case number and adjustment the numbers till I find where they are currently processing. There’s no link I can send

so that date in the red format is actually the date that case was last updated on and not necessarily the date the case was submitted. how do you find out the case submit date?

You then need to copy the case number, login to your case tracker account, upload it and you will see all the dates on the case
