i do see Nebraska issuing some EADs but they might be from other categories or random treatment.
by ASC i meant city where the biometric was taken.

Also RoW. I filed 12/28/2020 with medicals along side and nothing, only biometrics done and I40 approved in PP back on Jan. No EAD and no GC I'm losing my mind :(
