NBC. My card was mailed on 24th. No updates or tracking number since then.

who said they are closed today? they are open the day after thanksgiving.

@Han Truong - the next step in your case will be ‘card was picked up by the Usps’ and you can see the tracking number. Or you can check using USPS informed delivery service’ if you have already registered. Usually the status from card mailed to card was picked up happens the same day or the day after. That’s why I’m wondering if usps is open. I didn’t receive any status update. so probably Monday we both will receive the tracking number. 🤞
