is there any approved case from August 2021?
hi, our case was received in August 13 2021, Nebraska Center. september 19 fingerprints were taken. nothing updated in our case account. but with some Emma chats we find out that our case first moved to Arizona in August, now it is in Newark FO. in between this time we received RFE in August, and did all our medical and sent back. they didn’t give any info about did they received or not. in October 2022 our fingerprints were reaplied again to case. we received our EAD and advance parole cards. Are here people that received approval notices from August? processing times in Newark is 21 month. we are met out 19 month marks. please share of your timeline if it is ok. thank you very much

we are on similar timeline. Aug 2021 concurrent filling. EAD & Advance Parole approved on 14th Mar 2023. Just received approval notice. Regarding I-485 USCIS received RFE on 10th Jan nothing yet. Service Request sent about a month ago no reply yet. planning for 2nd SR once it reaches 30days in few days.

I filed Sep 2021, still waiting. I-485 transferred to NBC Dec 13th 2022, then fingerprints applied (even though fingerprint appt was done in Nov 2021). No updates since Dec 13 2022.

Same here. Filed August 2021 concurrently. Received NIW November, 29th. Finger print reapplied and transferred since December 13, 2022. Nothing since then. Emma says my case was transferred to Boston, MA.
