IR1 faster than IR5/ Parents GC slower process?
why does it seem like Spouse Green Card cases are being processed faster than USC filing for a Parent?
i thought Parents Green Card comes faster but a lot of other folks with PD date after me are getting approved. i am happy for all those you are getting approval but this definitely was not my understanding that Parents Green Card takes longer than other cases.

remember spouse is a family by law ,SO it as to be before Ur relative.u cannot file for your parent before your spouse

same thing with me. applied I-130 for parents in April 2021. still havenāt received approval. but letās hope and pray for the approval soon.

when was your interview ? mine was Jan 4th 2022 and still waiting too. the officer said couldnāt make a decision on the day of the interview.

same thing with me. applied I -130 for parent 20, April 2021 nothing approved yet 303 days

I 130. was approved 8 months ago. nothing after that.sometimes it feels like they lost my application š¤£š¤£

@Gur Bā¦ my parents live in India so I only had to file I-130 and after the approval, wait for NVC process.
