Anyone asked to mail in the RFE response and still got the interview? I’m seeing posts where people are saying that if USCIS asks to mail in then their interview got waived!

no, I got the rfe request and after the rfe response, they scheduled my interview.

yes, they asked me about my previous job, employer name, my working years, job title, my duties, current job address, employer name, and other question about I-485.

Svetlana if your work is genuine, you don't need to worry about that.

I sent all rife documents to the uscis provided address.

@juju mom - the officer handed the same print out to me. She said I will receive a letter via mail within 120 days, and I will have to send them my old I-20s thru mail or upload them online. Apart from that, she said everything looked good from her side.

@juju mom - I got RFE mail yesterday. they just asked for documents to prove my lawful status for a couple of years. I responded to that RFE already. hopefully they will adjudicate my case soon. did you get any updates?

EB3 ROW my ead renewal approved today but I-485 status still showing interview was completed my case must be reviewed.😥😥

did you get the renewal for 2 years? I heard EB cases are moving fast as they have a lot of visa left for this fiscal year
