interview Cancelled because FO haven’t received all of my files
I just received a call from the Boston Field office and I was told my interview for i485 has been rescheduled. my interview was this Wednesday and It was rescheduled because they haven’t received all of my files from another office. I was wondering if anybody has received similar call from Boston field office or been in this situation.

I know when they told me I was so shocked! I could not believe that they cancelled it!!! it just shows me that they do this blindly and don’t really care about the applicants

the RFE was for the basic stuff marriage certificate and my spouse birth certificate which we had already submitted

I keep raising service request and yesterday uscis responded to my SR that my case is line to be scheduled for an interview. so I am stopping by the local office tomorrow to see if that means they received my files. @stephania Jean Louis have you tried anything?

I call the customer service and tell them infopass. they patch me to a live agent and I tell them I need to raise a service request

I've called a tier 2 officer she said my interview is pending its means I have to wait for another interview date I'm stressed 😫 😩 it's been 8month already

@Ryan P nope!! I am going to Arlington office to inquire why they are not sending my files. I have contacted congressman (pure useless), tier 2 useless and so on. only good thing, I got my combo card

I don't get mine yet too 10month since request reschedule mine so I'm depressed I just start contact congressman I ask for help and the send me a mail to fill out so I dit and I send it back to them I signed so hope the send it too uscis pray for me guys pls

@Ryan P nothing from the local office. I even got the Arlington office to send my office over to them and I know he had them. it is just a waiting game at this point

@stephania Jean Louis I am sorry to hear that! it might be worth going into the local office. my local office told me that they might reschedule in the next two months
