incomplete name in greencard
hello! just recently received my green card. however my middle name is not entirely typed in the card, only the first letter. would this be an issue for getting my SNN and driver's license? as a side note, all my previous visas have my full name on them (b1n2 j1)

middle names are mostly initialized and it’s officially acceptable in the United States . no need to worry your head on this . No body will question this , trust me

in America, they only look for the 1st and Last Name... The middle name is not an issue. If your First and Last Name are correct, you are fine... @Agnes K please in the future, try to do some research.

DO NOT SEND IT BACK.
Middle initial is normal. Look up sample GCs and EADs online. All cards feature only the middle initial.
Sending it back is not only unnecessary, but it could be TWO YEARS before you even get the ‘corrected’ one back.
if you don’t get an unrestricted SSN before sending it back, you could be left without any proof of work authorization despite being an LPR.
Moral of the story: don’t listen to comments online. Be critical of anyone telling you to do anything drastic.

okay what if theres 2 first names, a middle name and last name: and the green card only shows 1 first name and the 2nd first name is only the first letter and middle name is not in the card. is that okay?
