impact of job loss on I-485
I have one months to find a new job. question is if I couldn’t able to find job, will it jeopardize my pending I485 (eb1-b) and may I have to leave US ? I have EAD card and AP. Currently on H1B, however it’s difficult to get a job in a month. eb1: retrogressed. please suggest what could be my options to deal with this? Thanks

please check with your attorney. as per my knowledge you can stay in USA until your 485 is pending or decision not made. there is no such restriction of 60 days if you have 485’ ead. you can search the jobs and new employer can file 765 for you again

If you have EAD and AP, and in case you are not able to find a job in a month, you can move to a “parolee” status with EAD and AP. EAD will allow you to work (or not work) and stay legally in the US. AP will let you go out and come back to the US. however, you will lose your H1B status. also, I am not a lawyer so seek legal advice on this as every case is different

I agree that one can stay when 485 gets denied but I don't know if one has 60 days after denial or 10 days before accruing unlawful presence.
