lupe , I just did it yesterday mandamus i601a with my lawyer, did you do it yourself ? or with lawyer? and should the lawyer get notification for any update , good luck to you

This was a group class action lawsuit against USCIS for the delays. I believe you are able to sign up for the waiting list and there’s a chance they could add you to this lawsuit or the next one they file. The organization is called IMMpact Litigation.

all of the cases from the lawsuit were adjudicated in less than a year. the lawsuit had to be dropped once this was done. only two people got denied.
