I did ask the lawyer about the sue they told me I can’t until it pass 32 months ufter it pas my 32 than sue them, will cost about 3000$ ones you file law sue imigration have 90 day to give the answers to you aproval or deny depends how strong your case is ! good luck to all , by the way they deserve to get sue

Dardan i dont think that we need to wait forn32 months for seeing them...recently I talk to a sueing specialist lawyer and he said I should sue them now...beacuse it ridiculous this amount of time we are waiting....

yes.a lot of people did the mandamus.my lawyer told that i can do it by myself.i did i sign but i dont know if i did correct.

@h k when I check Google it's says "You will need an attorney to file a Mandamus application on your behalf. This is a court case filed in federal court and hence needs a capable lawyer to handle it for you"

if you went through them this is what the website says “You’ll receive an automatic email confirmation when we’ve received your engagement letter and declaration. This, and your payment confirmation email, means that you are in our database and will be included in our lawsuit. If any information or documents are missing, we will contact you before filing the case. Otherwise, we’ll be in touch with all plaintiffs when we have filed the lawsuit with the court.”

yes. both can happen individually or in a group but both with the assistance of a lawyer. the group lawsuit is being filed in January. the deadline to sign up is Friday. normally, people that file a mandamus get quick answers. doesn’t guarantee an approval but atleast a decision on your case. if you have a strong case, then you will more likely be approved. it’s hard to tell if this lawsuit will only help the people that signed up or everyone that’s waiting in general. it all depends on whether the lawsuit makes it to federal court and how USCIS responds to the lawsuit.

if you paid with a debit/credit card it might be a convenience fee which is normal. also, the deadline is October 5, 2021 now. more people can join.

Hello All. I did end up joining IMMpact's Mandamus case. I also paid $1037, but I printed the confirmation page to use as my receipt. I didn't receive a separate email for the payment, but I did receive two emails with copies of my Engagement letter and Declaration letter.

I saw on FB that another law firm, USA Defend, is doing a group mandamus lawsuit. Their deadline is 01/30/23.

I spoke with one of the lawyers doing the case. they pushed their elegibility date to December 2021 and will try to file in a week. a lot of people are not answering their emails which is delaying their case.

if my filing date is November 2020 , can I do mandamus ? my lawyer said no ?????

you can join the group lawsuit with IMMpact Litigation. it’ll be cheaper too. they only charge about $1000 whereas private lawyers, I’ve seen charge 3k-5k

yeah I received the letter yesterday. was transferred from nebraska to potomac, lawyer told me that it doesn’t affect the processing times and we wont be waiting like potomac fillers.

we all are depressed. it’s affecting emotionally. I totally understand you. but we will see what happens. laywer said it was a good sign because cases were moving but we’ll see
