Immigration Master Hearing
Hello community, so i do have my masters hearing coming up, and my lawyer wants to attend through zoom. Is it advisable for me to go meet my lawyer in her office so we both attend the hearing through zoom together? Or I should go in person to the immigration office while my lawyer attends from his office? Please advice.
NB- we are both in different states
My lawyer said either way is fine. Does anybody have similar situation? Please advice me. Thanks

I think you have to be where your lawyer is. so you two can attend the zoom together.

Since your master hearing is on zoom with immigration judge you dnt need to attend master hearing or be with ur lawyer that day. On my master hearing, my lawyer represented me on zoom meeting with immigration judge and I was at work that day. My lawyer told the judge and ICE that she wanted to request for prosecutorial discretion from ICE to get my case dismissed and she filed for it later and the case got dismissed two months later.
