is your i485 administratively closed?? did you have interview for i130? are you in removal proceedings??

In removal proceedings, 1 130 approved already, 1 485 biometric done but pending.

great, tell your attorney to file a motion to terminate the removal proceedings on behalf of i130 approval, you probably don’t have to with till June, you can do it now. the immigration judge will terminate the proceedings, take that termination letter and make an infopass appointment to the local USCIS field office. give them -termination letter -i485 receipts and tell them to finish the final step of my process.

you can either Adjust your status in front of immigration judge or with USCIS, it’s always better to go with the USCIS under normal circumstances.

also you can file for renewal of EAD, if you haven’t already. right now it’s taking very long to renew EAD.

you don’t have to wait for June, you can do it right now since you have your i130 approved. after the termination letter you don’t have to go to court anymore, you won’t be in removal proceedings. then go to the local USCIS field office and give them the termination letter. and they most likely will call you for i485 interview.

don’t ever wait for judge you will surely be postponed till next year act not and file through uscis if more faster

for interest sake,how does one get into removal proceedings? under which circumstances? what prompts USCIS to put you in removal proceedings?
