Hello,
Anyone know if my AOS will be affected if I don't include letter of employee from my joint sponsor's job? He can't get it and I knew we'd get an RFE because we didn't submit his 2020 taxes at the time, just making sure before I submit my docs.

i also received the same RFE… I didn’t submit a letter from work and they approved my case to be ready for an interview

Yes you would likely be issued the RFE for that since no 2020 tax. You have to prove that the sponsor is above the poverty line one way or the other.

you’re welcome @Belle. I did submit tax return and pay stub, apparently that was enough to get approved
