I765 Renewal - Texas
Anyone at TSC had their I765 renewal approved recently? Employment Based. My PD is February 20th, 2021 - CO9.

That’s crazy, they are noemi even prioritising those who are expiring past 180 days which I think is crazy.

Nothing unfortunately, no idea where they are in process either. I had another expedite denied yesterday too, ‘not emergent in nature’ - which seems to be a step up from ‘severe financial loss’…….

This one was my husband's with an expedite request approved since Oct 25. Mine didn't change yet.
