Any advice or experience is appreciated. Sent all my papers away in September 21’. Did the biometrics on 1/6/22 and my profile showed that fingerprints were applied to case the same day. What is the experience timeline wise to receive the temporary EAD? Trying not to lose my job since they have to wait for me to return. Congressman said that they filed a request for expediting in Dec 21. Additionally filed a 30day follow up in January but haven’t heard anything else yet. My field office is Nebraska.

I have not seen any approvals from Nebraska! at all expideited 3 times got denied all three

I’m waiting since January 2021, bio back in March 2021) out of job for 14 month, 3 expeditions denied. tons of people are still waiting from Oct-Dec 2020, unfortunately. realistically be prepared to wait not less than 10–12 month

@WK Nebraska only twice transferred very small amount of cases and still backlogged with 2020 cases 🤷♀️🤷♀️

their approval rate is only 200-300 ead a day and only before my date in January 2021 they have 25.000 cases pending… you can easily count how much time will it take for them just to get closer to January 2021 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ sounds horrible, but this is the reality in Nebraska

tbh I'm so done with this once my EAD expires in 2 days I'll expedite again and just wait until my Canadian process is done and of still nothin I dipppppp

Nebraska is a disaster….while NBC already process June-August 2021, they still in the end of 2020 for ead …
