Didn’t you get a letter that extends your conditional green card? They don’t really issue another green card if you are removing conditions from you previous one. If you received the extension letter, you will include a copy of it when you’ll be filing for citizenship.

@Sparkle K thanks 🙏 for your answer. yeah I got 4 years extension before I got approved. my x was citizen. and it’s been more then 3 years I got divorced how long do I have to wait for chitizen ?

5 yrs from the initial green card approval I believe

@Ka m You suppose to receive one. It usually takes couple weeks but it can take a month. If it longer than a month then you can contact USCIS and request a new one. Since you are no longer married to your US citizen spouse, you have to wait for 5 years from the date ( resident since) that is on your conditional GC. Good luck!

Why they are not giving you your Green card? Try congress inquiry? You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
