Hi JB. I have an attorney out of New York and she submitted over 300 pages with my 601 wavier.

I know the feeling. We have had our share of problems as well. I sent an email to USCIS on 09/29/21 because it was way pass my receipt date and they quickly kicked an email back saying they would respond to my request by 10/21 and I haven't heard nothing from them at all. Its a shame they are taking this long. Something needs to be done about this. Its should not take this long.

Awww. Ok I totally understand that. I have an attorney also and it was not cheap. Attorneys here are very expensive. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏽 Feel free to write me at anytime. i checked my i130 on uscis and it says something has been mailed out to me but couldn't be delivered on my i130 and nity 601 waiver application.reached out to my attorney and she said that is not for her since she aint the one that handled my i130 from the begining ,my question is does any one ever had some type of letter mailed out to them on thier i130 after thet submitted the i601 please kindly share with me am confused.thank you

my waiver is a waste. I realize I never needed one . the attorney just did illegal practice on me.i wasted my time and money . I got to realize I never needed a waiver I was only suppose to respond to a NIOR but now my i130 has been finally revoked so the waiver is a waste . am sad
