I539 Change of Status from B2-F1 TEXAS SERVICE CENTER
Hi, I have applied I539 change of status B2-F1 at Texas Service Center i539 - 13 June 2020 and biometric on 23 March 2021 no update from USCIS Congressman submitted expedite request to USCIS DENIED Expedite Request directly to USCIS - Denied (Under Humanitarian reason and they didn’t ask any docs) Senator - no response ITS BEEN 17 MONTHS - Death sentence. I lost hope.
