Hi,
My category is EB3 employement based. My i485 was filed in October 30, 2020. updated fingerprints on march 30, 2021. Since then no change on online but received medical rfe and submitted rfe on Sept 13, 2021. Since then. o change. Does anyone has same timeline as mine? Anyone approved or any changes yet.
what would happen to those categories in this new fiscal year?

hello, applied in nov 2020. Texas center. did fingerprint in February and got ead. since then there is no updates. we sent medical with our application in the beginning. 8 months no movement. frustrated!

eb1, my timeline matching yours, oct 2020, bio in apr, ead in July, rfe medical sent to uscis on 12th aug, no update since then, online status still shows finger prints taken in April.

mine is early October 2020 I filed and I did not get RFE. You should be luck you got RFE.
takes 30 days -90 days to respond to RFE to get GC

EB1-C, filed on Oct 29, Biometrics on Mar 5, Sharing a similar timeline. Got EAD in Aug. Medical submitted on Sep 24. Status shows finger prints applied and no update after that.

Same case (employment base) but submitted with medical and all other required documents in june 1,2021 (for i485,i765). Uscis issued receipt letter in june 6, 2021. Received my fingerprints appointment for 29th july 2021. And in october 1st 2021 my I-485 was approved without any interview!

same. EB1C October 30, 2020. filer, responded to RFE for medicals on July 28 and status shows response received. No movement since then. very anxious every day :(

very similar case I asked for expedite 2 months ago rfe sent 2 weeks ago and 9/30/21 485 approved
