Starting from the fact that you have already put your biometric data, what the NRC does is ensure that one has access to the information of your case (status check) and guarantee that the information that rests in the repositories is duly safeguarded, so I It makes more sense that they transferred your case to NBC for continuity. Is what I believe. On the other hand, how could you communicate with a USCIS officer? I have been dealing by phone for 1 month and the waiting times are more than 2 hours. Hope you can get soon your ead and other documents. I'm waiting too for mines.

No, it's showing fingerprint taken. I spoke with agent about my case location, I was told it's at NBS.

Mine either. Even my i-485/765 says that USCIS is actively revewing my case and nothing is outstanding. I think this is gonna be a Long waiting time 😭

I forgot to say i request for an expedite of my 765 cause the income of my wife it's not enough and couldn't pay even the hospital Bills for my wife (she's been sick) and was denied.
