it means where they can they approve green card without interview, and generally they started scheduling interviews for marriage based they don’t waive those.

recently someone who applied in August 2019 got scheduled for interview, and that person initial interview in March got cancelled

i applied in July 2019, got ssn and working permit in January 2020, got appointment scheduled in March, but was cancelled due to covid. i am waiting for them to reschedule my appointment.

Hoai, try writing a letter through regular mail to your local field office. Sometimes that can help in this kind of a situation. if that doesn’t work after the normal processing time has elapsed then consider suing them in federal district court. www.gillinlaw.com
