I485 interview scheduled
Hi people, about 8 months after receiving my medicals and about 3 months after receiving my daughter’s medical, I have been scheduled for interview. should I be happy, worried, concerned or anxious? I don’t know how to feel. please if you attended an interview of this nature can you let me know what it entails and what to expect. should I go with an attorney or alone. finally the letter didn’t mention that I appear with my daughter who is a beneficiary, should I go without her? I need your advice. thank you

@Kings kay , I will advise you to go with Your daughter and also with an Attorney. So its better for you to go with your Daughter if they say they don't need her, than for you not to go with her, they may ask why didn't you come with your daughter and she is your beneficiary. This are some of the questions they may ask You : whats your name date of birth and place of birth and country of citizen? are currently living with your spouse? or whats your Current address? are you currently still married to your Spouse? if yes why have you not divorce Her ? or are you planning to divorce ber? what is your spouse name, date of birth and place of Birth? do You have kids with her? How did you came to USA? how many times have you been to USA? what was your first point of entry? have you ever over stayed? have you ever committed a crime or been arrested? there are soo many yes or No questions. Do not be nervous, just answer any questions asked, if you don't know or you are doubting just say you can't remember or you don't know. before any answer you gave it must be accurate with what they have in Your file and their File. it's very simple and cool questions, but they do not ask any questions about Your I-360 VAWA. They asked questions most of what you stated in your I-485 Form.
