I485 EB3 filled in Oct no reciept number yet
Filed I485 under EB3 in oct no reciept number yet called USCIS they don’t see it in the system. anyoneelse in same boat. what is next step?

i have not contacted the lock box but talk to the agent on phone he says he don’t see anything in the system.

that's mean your lawyer don't send it yet or if you sent it probably it's Lost

Mine was filed in last week of october and i received the notic this week.
