I485 approved but PD is not current
My case is EB1 , and PD was retrogressed back in January 2023. I got RFE for Medicals in January end , and submitted it a couple weeks back. On April 1, my case status changed to new card is being produced, but dates are still retrogressed as per the April bulletin. April 1 was Saturday, so I guess some automated process changed the status assuming my date became current? my I 94 travel history is also gone. Please advise how I should handle this situation. I’ll reach out to lawyer once I get the approval notice.

did you have a previously filed EB2 or EB3 I-140?

@dak zeke yes, I’m waiting for the approval notice, have seen a few cases where case status changed to reopen after approval when PD is not current.

@Krishna k it did move to FO but the online status did not change, so not sure how long it stayed there. I responded to medical RFE a week before the approval date.

did you resolve your I485? I have the same situation. Sep 22 PD, India, i485 approved and card mailed now.
