i130 reopened it was denied what is next
If anyone had experience with i-290b please suggest.
We filed i-130 Filing Date: August 16, 2023
RFE Issued: November 22, 2024
RFE notice issue on 26th Nov 2024
RFE Response Submitted (including Divorce Judgment and Translation): November 26, 2024
I-130 Denied: January 31, 2025
Denial Notice Received: February 4, 2025
Form I-290B Sent to USCIS PO Box: February 28th, 2025
Form I-290B Received by USCIS: March 3, 2025
New I-130 Refiled: March 24, 2025
I-290B Approved and Case Closed: March 27, 2025
Original I-130 Reopened: March 27, 2025
Current Status: Awaiting further update since March 27, 2025
When we contacted USCIS we were told we fall under normal processing time and we can only inquiry on 10th Aug 2025.

we did take advice from attorney but they recommandation to refile and not to file 290b
