I had my i485 case there for 2 years my lawyer had to refile again wouldn't hear nothing out of that office

I think you should check with Emma live chat or USCIS call center about the processing center. Maybe your case is not even at Texas service center. I’m saying it because my case, it showed as California service center, but when i called to uscis recently, they said my case is at Honolulu field office. The problem is none of us live in Hawaii. And field office doesn’t have “normal prcessing timeline”. so it takes forever and ever and ever. Endless wating.

I think it’s out of processing time as a US citizen won’t take that long

@mani didi go and talk to ombudsman and representatives of your area, my was 10/02/2018, I just had my interview last three weeks without any approval for i130 or i485 we only saw interviews letter, by ombudsman and later usics sent me the interview letter,I’m also in Texas, so kindly reach out to ombudsman they really helped me, because the officer that interviewed us told us that it was ombudsman that makes it for us, so it will take about four months to get my green card but he will help us to expedite the process so it might not be up to four months.

@mani I had my interview scheduled out of state, it’s was done in Pittsburgh. please reach out to ombudsman they really helped us.after almost 4yrs.
