my PD is 24th dec 20. and 2 request for expedite denied

mine since 11th November 2020

my paper says case is in CA and online it says Nebraska so I just submitted and expedite to make sure the dont forget about me

online says case is being processed at Nebraska Noa1 say Texas at the bottom when I call agent told me case is in CA

same here @adam i doubt its CA they are way behind

same as me @adam. looks like Nebraska is the default doe IOEs when first submitted then they get routed

a tier 2 told me it will be hard to get financial hardship Expediate approved sandy cuz when u file this you are then gonna do an affidavite of support that you are financially stable to support

@13Alia just got a feedback from the congress, the case is pending PRE-adjudication check and assignment to an adjudicating officer....still looking at 12.5 or 16 months maybe. so sad
