I submitted my I-130 March 7 and got actively reviewing March 10. Still no word. Some people receive the actively reviewing status and get approved next day π€·ββοΈ so thereβs really no way of knowing what to expect in my opinion.

@Javed what is the status of your application? which service center ? where is the beneficiary located?
K ColeApr 20, 2022
does the location of the beneficiary matter? if so how? what if my beneficiary is in the Bahamas?

i was reading through other thread , what I understand there are more one factors is considered to determine which service center the case will be processed that include beneficiary locations . I also think speed of case how quickly they can valide documentation and do their background check in a specific country.
