I this normal to process I130 in field office instead of Field service center?
I got this today. What is this mean? Why it is Cleveland? My Field service is Texas. Green card holder filing for spouse overseas. PD 1/23/2021 1st actively reviewed: 4/30/2021 Request for evidence: 5/3/2022 RFE received: 7/9/2022 2nd actively reviewed: 7/11/2022 "Thank you for contacting USCIS concerning your I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Below is a summary of what we have found and how the issue has been resolved or additional actions required. USCIS has processed your request. USCIS systems do show that your Request for Evidence was received on July 9, 2022. However, your file is not located in the Cleveland Field office. Your immigration file has been requested from its current location to be sent to Cleveland. Once it is received into Cleveland, appropriate action will be taken. We appreciate your continued patience. "

brother what I’ve understood from your case is that you mailed your documents to Texas Service center while your case was transferred to another service center, so they requested your file back from where it is now. You could have downloaded your documents into your online account, so any service center can see it and take a decision in your file.
