Sonia Yes and I also know that all cases are different but my sister was approved after 10 months and we put the papers in the same day and year. only that she ran with more luck than me and already her family comes in a month here to use

i dont why they do this? its like for LPR they are not moving anything at all

its not just about i130 , following this we have other steps to complete as well. we are still stuck on the first step

for permanent it takes longer but but I have seen some get approved so hopefully you will all get an answer

there should be some portal or any forum where we could raise our voice. this backlog needs to be cleared. it keeps increasing and families are suffering

citizen and Pr on the same timing right now .. check the processing times on Uscis page

it said 9.5 to 12 month on my part of case if you go on your case on the bottom it says your crevice senter and the uscis processing time for that mine said 9.5 to 12 month

that’s weird lawfully has that information for you .. this is what Uscis website says https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

lawfully is also mostly up to date then the USCIS website

how is that when they get their info from the Uscis website .. also what’s ur priority date

go on your case once you press it you will see your case the first box and it will show we’re your case is at it will show your case service senter and on the bottom of it it will say processing time click that and it will say your month time fram in between that you should get an approval if everything is well

sent my case end of June 2021 case was received July-2-2021 case is being actively reviewed July-21-2021

they don’t lol clearly they don’t I seen someone get there I-130 approved 4 months after they filled and it was 2021

they don't cause o Saw casees 2021, some 2020 way down in june october and SO on what about Jan and feb 2020

honestly i think it depends on the place and how they do the paper work like over seas paper work it takes longer I think some might get transferred while it being done you never know
