for permanent residence it takes longer but keep staying positive I have seen a lot of approvals from California service center more

Sonia Yes and I also know that all cases are different but my sister was approved after 10 months and we put the papers in the same day and year. only that she ran with more luck than me and already her family comes in a month here to use

some cases are easier then others some times some cases needs more to look at then others hopefully you will get information soon keep staying positive praying you get an answer soon

its not just about i130 , following this we have other steps to complete as well. we are still stuck on the first step

for permanent it takes longer but but I have seen some get approved so hopefully you will all get an answer

mine is also in California I’m a U.S citizen waiting for 3 months gonna be 4 months next month but I’m keeping a positive mind set praying for approval soon

there should be some portal or any forum where we could raise our voice. this backlog needs to be cleared. it keeps increasing and families are suffering

it said 9.5 to 12 month on my part of case if you go on your case on the bottom it says your crevice senter and the uscis processing time for that mine said 9.5 to 12 month

go on your case once you press it you will see your case the first box and it will show we’re your case is at it will show your case service senter and on the bottom of it it will say processing time click that and it will say your month time fram in between that you should get an approval if everything is well

honestly i think it depends on the place and how they do the paper work like over seas paper work it takes longer I think some might get transferred while it being done you never know
