I never received my receipt numbers
my I-485/ I-131/ I-765 was sent along with my I-140, however, I never received my receipt number, it's been 5 months, has this happened to anyone? what do I do ?

I think you need to contact usis or you can track it from the courier service first?

Did you file it on your own or with a lawyer?
Coz i filed mine with a lawyer and all my receipt notices were sent to my lawyer so I just ask for a copy since I haven’t received mine in the mailbox.

i-140 normally goes to the attorney’s and employer’s address not the beneficiary/employee, have u checked with them?
if u got an RFE on i-140 but got no reciept notice before that, I would recommend you to contact USCIS informing them of a lost receipt using the receipt number given on that RFE.
if u are concerned that a new receipt notice is generated after the i-140 RFE response is submitted, then you are mistaken cuz the receipt notice remains the same.
